Our Story
The modern Diafa PMS platform launched in 2026 as a desktop application with AI, offline-first architecture, and a modular structure that grows with the operation. Diafa PMS is developed by Soulthread Technologies Oy.
Our Mission
Our goal is to give every accommodation business, regardless of size, location, or infrastructure, access to intelligent, reliable, and affordable management tools. A 12-room guesthouse deserves the same software quality as a 200-room city hotel.
Why Diafa PMS exists
Most hotel software was built for large chains and well-connected markets. It assumes stable internet, single-currency operations, and staff trained on complex enterprise tools. Those assumptions do not hold for many accommodation businesses.
Diafa PMS was built to close that gap. A desktop application that works without internet. Multi-currency ledgers that do not force conversions. Workflows simple enough for a small guesthouse, powerful enough for a multi-property group. AI that turns hotel data into actionable insight.
