Payments and invoices in each currency you take.
A property declares up to 3 currencies: the one it keeps its accounts in and the others it takes money in. Rates, services, payments, balances and reports stay separated by currency, with no forced conversion into a single total.
A folio can be settled in stages, with several payment methods or in several currencies, and the receipts and invoice still match. Finance reviews revenue per currency without rebuilding transactions in a spreadsheet.
Example: a split payment
An international guest pays part of the stay by card in local currency and the rest in euros. Restaurant charges and an airport transfer are already on the folio.
Reception records both payments on the folio, the guest receives one invoice, and the finance team later sees the revenue under each currency.
